"Best Pho Soup Anywhere!
I really miss their soup when not in Vegas. I love the shrimp noodle soup, the salad topping is really fresh, greatest fish sauce, their broth is the best tasting. Lighting fast service, plenty of seating, everyone I know who has tried it loves it and wants to go back. This is a locals favorite. So many people told me to go there, I'm so glad I tried the soup, it's the best. Wish I could have some tonight, every night! Highly recommended."

"My husband and I go to Hue Thai every time were are in town. The food is amazing, our servers have always been friendly and efficient, and the deep blue "under water" theme is soothing. I highly recommend the sandwiches, and at around $3 each they are a satisfying and economical snack."

"I definitely have died and gone to heaven. On a tip in last week's issue on Las Vegas Weekly, I tried the House Special sandwich at Hue Thai's Sandwiches. This is not ordinary sandwich - I'm tempted to say it is the best sandwich I've ever had, period. The bread is fresh, crispy on the outside filled with sliced crunchy vegetables. The sandwich bursts with flavor, both sweet and mildly spicy. Amanzing. My highest recommendation to this place! Oh, and the best part: $2.33!! They also have extensive drink menu (130 choices) to choose from. I had a hard time choosing one."
